Respected businessman one day, scorned murderer the next as I sit here in jail totally perplexed.
What did I do to land in this zoo? They think I’m suicidal, or some kind of loon, so quickly I’m placed in a rubber room. No chair, no bed, no place to rest your spinning head.
Nonstop banging, screaming, crying instead. How long can you last before you wish you were dead? Bail denied.
But my will is strong. Knowing I’ve done nothing wrong, for my son and loved ones, I have to stay strong.
The persistent injustice cast on the brown man, I get to feel and witness, up close and first hand-like a plague that taints and permeates the land!
The system is designed to disconnect and isolate. Sending you adrift with no way to navigate. You pray to your god to control your fate.
But maybe your prayers were slow to come, and a bit too late! Bail denied.
In your comforters cell, there you wait day after day, until your next court date. As you enter the room, up for debate is your motherfucking fate- well ain’t this a bitch! You can’t even participate!

Putting your freedom in the hands of a public defender, I suggest you become a gambling man, and ready yourself for a thrown hand!
I’ve been in God’s hands throughout this horrifying ordeal- my faith is strong and I’m just keeping it real. Looking outside these fortified walls, and measuring the moral decay- I must thank God for life, shelter, and three meals a day.
One must give thanks to the most meager of blessings coming their way.
Bail denied.

Paths Left or Right
As you are pushed down the road with the powers that be, will your burden be heavy or will you be free? Will you be driven by what you can see? Or driven by the spirit that is hidden in the?
Will you go left or will you go right? Choosing the left path holds that within sight. But you’re drawn in darkness. The path on the right challenges your faith, to enter the night- fearlessly in search of the glorious light.
Will you go left or will you go right? Your choice based only on sight, may harbor a path soiled with plight. Or the path of belief that promises you relief.

Tempest Rock
Its a hard world to understand why do we continually rain death and destruction on our fellow man? At the same time uprooting the land – a precious rock hurdling through space – a living entity we’ve forgotten to embrace.
For millions of years our sciences indicate – lifes’ been supported by this very hallowed place – previous civilizations, have vanished with barely a trace – will we be equally unwise and devise our own demise?
We must help one another to see, the only sustainable reality, is a global humanity.
